Core Responsibilities

Position Requirements

  • Between 2 to 8 years of experience practicing in trusts, estates, and related private client services.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage existing matters and independently generate new business through a portable book of clients.

  • Deep understanding of federal and state transfer tax law, estate administration, and fiduciary responsibilities.

  • Must be licensed and in good standing with the New Jersey State Bar.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a nationally accredited law school.
